Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mexico City time). Emails that arrive outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Privacy and ARCO rights
To access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data, or to revoke your consent, follow the procedure in the Privacy Notice. If you want to delete your account, seeDeletion of data and of the account.
If you are a patient of a doctor who uses AriDoctor, you must send requests about your medical record to your treating doctor, who is responsible for your data.
Copyright notices
If you believe that content hosted on AriDoctor infringes your copyright or industrial property rights, send a notice to contacto@aridoctor.com.mxwith the following:
- Identification and contact details of the rights holder.
- Description of the work or the protected right.
- URL or exact location of the material in question.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
- Handwritten or electronic signature.
We will promptly remove or disable access to the content in question and notify the doctor who published it, who may reply to the same email with the reasons why they consider the use legitimate (counter-notice). The full procedure is in theTerms of Use (section 6).
